Andrew Heard
I am located in Adelaide, South Australia, and am an expert in restructuring and formal corporate insolvency appointments, having worked in the insolvency and turnaround profession for in excess of 25 years.
I am the founding Director of Heard Phillips and prior to that was a Partner of a specialist national insolvency and restructuring practice and a Director of a big four international accounting firm.
With this foundation experience, I am regularly consulted by Directors and Bankers requiring advice concerning corporate strategy and restructuring options.
In addition I am an experienced Board Member, often serving as Chairman in audit, risk and finance committees.
